Extra-Long Guide Screw for Linear Module
Needed a long screw with strict straightness requirements; previous suppliers suffered from bending during heat treatment.
Adjusted material selection and defined forming, heat-treatment and handling controls to reduce deformation risk.
Runout inspection implemented. Deliver stable batches with straightness controlled within required tolerances, eliminating assembly jamming.
Titanium Micro Shoulder Screw
Required a non-magnetic shoulder screw with tight tolerance on the shoulder diameter for a precision hinge joint.
Selected titanium. Used CNC secondary machining instead of cold heading because the micro size and strict concentricity requirements called for a different manufacturing route.
Optical profile measurement used for dimensions. Achieve smooth joint rotation in the final assembly with minimal magnetic interference.
